High School Seniors

                                                            To apply for this $500.00 Non-renewable Award:

                                                            1.   Submit a 250 word essay on "Why one should
                                                                  be interested in the history of their community;
                                                            2.   Submit a recommendation from one faculty member;
                                                            3.   Submit a list of your community activities; and
                                                            4.   Mail application with a covering letter to BHA,
                                                                    PO Box 41403, Brecksville, Ohio  44141.
